JAPANESE GOD POLYSEXUAL FORM OF A DRAGON KING OF THE SEA 龍神 -- Ryūjin This is not fun.
There is nothing fun about sitting at the bottom of the ocean, surrounded by coral and incompetent jellyfish servants (seriously, what was he thinking? Cnidaria don't have brains. He hadn't thought that out very well when he hired them), and doing nothing but popping jewel-bubbles all day. It's terrible.
So, if you're open to making the King of the Sea's life more interesting, please let him know.
Everybody's using the friends/enemies/lovers thing so I might as well too.
FRIENDS
//Rin is extremely lonely right now.
ENEMIES
He hates Korean & Chinese dragons. They kill his zen. He's not much for western dragons either, as they're a bit nuts. In fact, the only other dragon he can stand is the Aztec God Quetzalcoatl. Weird.
As for non-dragon Gods, he doesn't have any preference. Just don't piss him off, especially when he's hungry. He has a big mouth.
LOVERS
Well, he has sired children before. He's not opposed to the idea, but he's more willing to wait for someone to show interest in him before he pursues them.

You know oddly enough I can see Vjorla befriending him. Not sure why as "I hate everyone." is her general outlook on life, I think it could be good fun and interesting for plots to see how they did considering how different their civilizations and duties are.
Just a potential plot idea, but what if one of his people that normally prays to him, learns of Vjorla from a book he got in travels (a pirate of sorts perhaps? or a sea traveler?)and on a whim sends a prayer to her. She so rarely gets prayers anymore, and the origin piques her interest, and she goes as a visiter to Ryu's realm to visit this person and he's alerted to her presence there and we go from there?

I don't think they're that different actually. I could see it.
Vjora's a winter Goddess who controls a climate change that is both deadly and necessary to her people. Without her, the snow wouldn't fall the land would dry up, and then no one would be able to eat, but when she's angered she can bring on a winter so deadly her people will begin to wonder if they really need bountiful land...
Ryujin's a water God who controls a climate change that is both deadly and necessary to his people. Without them, the rain wouldn't fall and the tides wouldn't circulate, and his people's food comes from crops and fish, so that'd be bad. Of course, if he's angered, he can always just retract the rain and create tides so harsh they stir up tsunamis...
They might have something of an understanding here, despite having different cultures.
