kAlianTHA [break] WHAT DOES YOUR CHARACTER MEAN TO THEIR CIVILIZATION? [break] Kaliantha is the symbol for nature and harvest. Flowers bloom at her will and animals are attracted to her. Back in the days, the people believe that if Kaliantha is in a good mood, they'd be blessed with good harvest and their animals will give birth to healthy off-springs for that season. [break][break] WHAT LEGENDS REVOLVE AROUND YOUR CHARACTER? [break] The people prayed to her in when the weather is bad and they could barely harvest anything, in hopes that Kaliantha would be able to salvage their crops and let it prosper instead of wilting. Kaliantha is always surrounded by all sorts of flowers. At her command, plants could sprout from nowhere and grew at great speed. Once, an Empousai (a female vampire demons with fiery hair, a leg of bronze and a donkey's foot) made her so angry that she made thick vines sprout from the ground and wrapped her up so fast she couldn't escape. Till this day, the Empousai is still trapped in her vines somewhere off the coast of the California. [break][break] HOW WAS YOUR CHARACTER BORN/CREATED? [break] When Kronossliced Ouranos into pieces with a scythe, the pieces of Ouranos fell into the sea and his immortal essence created sea foam. The sea foam touched a rose bud and it started to grow bigger and bigger and when it finally bloomed, Kaliantha emerged from within. [break][break] WHAT DOES YOUR GOD LOOK LIKE? [break] She's often dressed in sundresses or simple outfits, nothing too extravagant. Kaliantha prefers wearing simple and laid back outfits with a lovely flower crown on her head. She has chestnut brown hair slightly below her shoulders and a pair of matching brown eyes. Her height is around 5'1" (1.57m). [break][break] WHAT DOES YOUR GOD ACT LIKE? [break] Kaliantha is a peaceful loving goddess, delicate like a daisy with the occasional flare like a rose's thorn. She's generally friendly and easy to hang out with, but when someone gets on her bad side, she enjoys cursing them with a skunk cabbage that smells like a road kill to grow on their backs. Kaliantha have much patience for almost everything (there was once she managed to teach a goat how to cycle). However, Kaliantha certainly loves to bear grudges. It'll probably take a long time before she'll be willing to remove the skunk cabbage off your back. [break][break] WHAT ARE THEIR PRIMARY DUTIES TO THEIR PEOPLE? [break] Blessing the people with good harvest and taking care of wild animals. When the weather turns harsh, she'll help the people to maintain their crops and allow them to survive through the difficult times. [break][break] WHAT POWERS DOES YOUR CHARACTER POSSESS?
